ROVITSA FROM KALAMATA ON CROATIAN WAY

  1. Very creative! i like your option though meat not necessary -rovitsa is full of protein-. Tranditional option is just with olive oil and lemon as a soup; not overnight soaking is needed also.Just removing the "foam" on the top of the pan during boiling. Bravo master chef!!!!
