Classic recipe in Greece during summer, with many options and alternatives in spices or herbs. The difference here is that the beans are very long, local in Messinia and they called "πηχιάρικα" ή "αμπελοφάσουλα" - pihiarika->yard long beans as their length equals to arm's length- πήχυς-
